If within 48 hours of receiving your cccam.cfg details, your inital testing does not perform in a manner which you are satisfied with, you will be entitled to a FULL MONEY REFUND. The refund is normally issued within a few hours of confirmation.
If you wish to cancel your order AFTER the initial 24 hours of recieveing your ccam.cfg details, for whatever reason or due to changing to another provider, regrettibly you will NOT be entitled to any kind of refund.
None of your data will be shared with third parties in any way. We respect your privacy and we pledge to honor your anonymity.
